Florence Arts and Museums

I contributed to the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum House Strategic Plan as part of a dedicated team of volunteers working closely with the Florence Arts and Museums. Over several meetings from November 2024 to March 2025, I helped develop a comprehensive five - year plan focused on collections, preservation, and community engagement. My role involved collaborating on strategies to ensure the FLW Rosenbaum House, the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed structure in Alabama, maintains its cultural relevance, educational programing, and long - term growth. This plan now serves as a blueprint for the museum's future direction, ensuring its preservation and lasting impact on the community.
