Downtown Florence Alliance

I serve on the Downtown Florence Alliance Design Committee. The committee focuses on enhancing the district's unique character through design education and assistance, which includes updating the building inventory, providing civic club presentations, conducting workshops on storefront design and signage, and creating design guideline booklets. It also offers conceptual plans and guidelines for facade improvements, maintains a resource library, provides contractor referrals, and collaborates with city government on public improvements aimed at promoting visually appealing and historically sensitive development while fostering community engagement.
